Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join our NGO as a Health & Social Work Coordinator. This role involves organizing health check-up camps, blood donation drives, adding new volunteers and members, and leading various community-based social initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and execute health camps and blood donation drives in and around Raipur. Build and manage a network of volunteers, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Actively invite citizens to join our health-based community initiatives. Work closely with diagnostic labs, hospitals, and vendors to coordinate services. Maintain records of beneficiaries, volunteers, and events. Represent the NGO in meetings, workshops, and public platforms. Assist in awareness campaigns on health, hygiene, and animal welfare (if required). Qualifications & Skills:Graduate (any stream); candidates with social work or public health background preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Passion for social work and community service. Comfortable with field visits and on-ground event management. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is a plus.
