Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute content strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube . Research trending content and audience preferences to craft fresh and relevant post ideas. Collaborate with design and video teams to create high-quality visual and video content. Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence through regular posting and active audience engagement. Write engaging, error-free copy for posts, captions, and stories with strong command of English. Participate in and assist with video shoots and face-camera content (Facetime reels). Use tools like Canva to design or edit visuals for posts, stories, and reels. Track performance metrics (KPIs), analyze results, and optimize strategies accordingly. Stay updated with platform algorithm updates, best practices, and emerging content trends. Work independently and meet deadlines while contributing creative input to broader marketing plans. Requirements & Skills: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management (agency experience preferred). Strong knowledge of content ideation, audience behavior, and platform dynamics. Excellent written and verbal communication in English . Proficient in Canva ; knowledge of other creative tools is a bonus. Ability to collaborate closely with video editors and graphic designers. Comfortable with being on camera or assisting in video production. Strong organizational and time management skills. A creative mindset with a results-driven and independent approach.
