Job Location : Pune (Aundh) Working Days : Monday - Friday (On-site) Job Description : We're looking for a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Intern who’s tuned into internet culture and understands what resonates with audiences. You’ll help us identify the right creators, craft platform-first ideas, and amplify our presence through smart, scroll-stopping content. What you'll be doing: Support in developing new content ideas and formats Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior Post and optimize content for different platforms and audience types Engage with creators to boost profile visibility and reach Help plan online campaigns and influencer events Collaborate with influencers for outreach, coordination, and campaign execution Track performance and share insights to improve strategy Manage influencer databases and campaign deliverables Collaborate with internal teams to align on briefs and timelines Support other marketing tasks as assigned Requirements: 0-1 year of experience in marketing, influencer outreach, or social media Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and tools like Google Sheets, or Canva Creative thinking backed by an eye for detail and trends Excellent communication and coordination skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks Open to converting to a full-time role Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
