Associate Coordination & Leads Management Executive Company: SME PAISA Department: Business Development / Network Operations Location:Office job Reports to: Associate Network Manager / Founder Employment Type: Full-Time About SME PAISA SME PAISA is a fintech-driven consultancy offering structured financial solutions to SMEs across India. We specialize in Working Capital, CGTMSE Loans, OD/CC Limits, Invoice Discounting, and other funding products in partnership with 100+ Banks and NBFCs. Job Summary This role involves end-to-end coordination with SME PAISA’s growing network of Associates and effective management of leads generated through various channels. The candidate will ensure smooth communication, lead tracking, status updates, document collection, CRM inputs, and associate motivation. Key Responsibilities 1. Associate Coordination - Onboard new Associates into the SME PAISA network. - Explain commission structure, product offerings, and SOPs. - Act as the first point of contact for associate queries and support. - Conduct regular check-ins to resolve associate challenges and motivate performance. - Maintain updated records of associates and their reporting hierarchy (MLM structure). 2. Lead Management - Assign leads to the appropriate associate or internal team. - Ensure leads are followed up promptly, as per TAT guidelines. - Monitor lead progression from inquiry to closure via CRM tools. - Coordinate for document collection, bank matching, and case submission. - Escalate stuck leads or red flags to the appropriate internal team. 3. CRM & Reporting - Update all leads and associate interactions in CRM software daily. - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. - Share actionable insights for lead conversion improvement. 4. Communication & Support - Actively manage WhatsApp/Email/Call-based queries from associates and clients. - Share ongoing training material, updates on new funding programs, and SOPs. - Schedule Zoom trainings/webinars and ensure attendance tracking. Key Skills Required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English). - Good understanding of financial products (esp. SME loans & funding). - CRM software knowledge is a must (Zoho, LeadSquared, or similar). - Strong organizational skills and follow-up ability. - Team player with a problem-solving mindset. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Commerce/MBA preferred). - 2–5 years of experience in coordination, financial services, or sales backend. - Prior experience in associate/channel/partner coordination is a big plus.
