Site Engineer (Interior)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRA): Site Supervision Monitor daily execution of carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, painting, plumbing, and other finishing works. Ensure work is done as per design, drawings, and specifications. Vendor & Labour Management Coordinate with contractors and skilled labor on site. Ensure proper work distribution and productivity. Material Handling Check and verify material quality and quantity received at site. Raise material requirements and track delivery status. Drawing Understanding & Execution Read and interpret AutoCAD/2D drawings and implement them on-site. Report if there are conflicts or design-related queries. Quality & Safety Control Ensure high quality of workmanship. Follow basic site safety practices and ensure site cleanliness. Progress Tracking & Reporting Maintain daily work progress and send regular updates to project manager/owner. Take photos/videos for documentation. Client Coordination (if required) Interact with clients during site visits for updates, approvals, or clarifications. Required Skills: Good knowledge of interior execution processes Understanding of modular furniture, finishes, false ceiling, electrical & plumbing basics Site management, problem-solving, and team coordination skills Good communication and responsibility handling Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Civil or Interior Design 1 to 3 years of experience in site execution for interior projects Work Location: Tricity Chandigarh, Mohali Job Type : Full Time Pay: Rs. 20,000/- to 25,000/- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
