Job Title: Site Engineer Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Experience: 1–5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Site Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely project execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations and monitor progress. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Manage material requirements and inventory at the site. Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering support. Maintain project documentation and site records. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 1–5 years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Familiarity with project management tools. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in residential/commercial/luxury villa projects is a plus. Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations. Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
