Maintain and update tender documentation, records, and reports. Monitor the tender status and follow up on bid results. Ensure timely submission of tenders and support in post-tender negotiations if needed. Build relationships with key stakeholders and government officials for tendering processes. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and changes in tendering procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, with expertise in the GeM portal. Strong knowledge of tender documentation, processes, and procedures (online and offline). Familiarity with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
