Job Description

Looking for Fresher Diploma holder in service section of our unit in Surat Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of new equipment or systems at customer sites.. Learn to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, working with senior engineers to identify and resolve problems. Perform routine maintenance tasks and assist with repairs, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols Provide technical support to customers, answering their queries, and offering guidance Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering, sales, and customer support, to address customer needs. Maintain accurate service records, inventory of spare parts, and tools providing data to manager Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until customer is satisfied.Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Basic understanding of the specific equipment or systems they will be working with. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and find solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to detail and follow instructions carefully. Learning Aptitude: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Requirement: Regular travel is frequent for service engineers as most of them offer in-house or off-site maintenance procedures. Drive to customer locations using personal vehicle.
