Job Title: Expert- Server Rack Manufacturing Location: Kolkata / Delhi Experience Required: 7 to 10 years in server rack manufacturing Job Type: Consultant / Advisor (Not a salaried position) About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with end-to-end expertise in server rack manufacturing . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing, developing, and overseeing the production of server racks used in data centers, IT infrastructure, or enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop server racks as per technical and industry standards (19-inch racks, open frame, wall-mount, etc.) Oversee the entire manufacturing process – from raw material selection, fabrication, powder coating, assembly, to quality testing Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, quality, logistics) to ensure timely and cost-effective production Customize designs based on client-specific requirements for load capacity, airflow, cable management, and scalability Ensure compliance with applicable standards (ANSI/EIA, ISO, etc.) Troubleshoot design or production issues and implement improvements Source and evaluate vendors or manufacturing partners if needed Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in server rack manufacturing or industrial enclosure systems Deep knowledge of metal fabrication, CNC operations, and finishing processes Strong understanding of thermal management, structural load calculations, and cable management in rack design Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong project management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with data center infrastructure or IT hardware integrators Knowledge of international standards for rack systems Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
