Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and manage the quality assurance operations for our international BPO processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, a deep understanding of BPO operations, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Management: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality analysts. Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on best practices and new procedures. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of BPO processes and staff. Use data and analytics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and to measure the effectiveness of quality initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional improvements. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed reports on quality metrics, performance, and improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and findings. Client Interaction: Act as the point of contact for quality-related inquiries from clients. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing quality concerns and implementing corrective actions. Requirements : Bachelors degree in Business, Quality Management, or a related field. [Number] years of experience in quality managbement, preferably in an international BPO environment. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
