Growing together Positions in this function are responsible for the strategic sourcing and recruitment alignment and execution to meet the needs of the enterprise. This includes responsibility for diversity, talent acquisition, college recruiting, and market intelligence. This function involves the actual recruiting and selection of candidates. Manager Recruiting: Must supervise multiple sourcer and/or recruiters Primary Responsibilities: Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors Impact of work is most often at the local level Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open Partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, BBA or relevant field 10+ years of corporate recruitment experience in Healthcare hiring i.e. Medical Coding, Specialty Coding, Claims, AR Callers, and RCM etc. Proficiency in marketing/sourcing techniques to include: internet, executive recruitment, leadership hiring, interactive strategies, and social media Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Intermediate proficiency with ATS system Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated ability to screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques Show more Show less
