Location :Rabale, Navi Mumai (Pick and drop facility available from Rabale station) Weekly off : 2nd and 4th Saturdays off, Sundays off Please find below responsibilities in brief : Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across t Post job advertisements, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further interviews with hiring managers. Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding procedures. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee issues. Resolve employee grievances and conflicts promptly and professionally. Ensure effective communication between management and employees. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Support managers in conducting performance reviews, goal setting, and employee feedback sessions. Training & Development: Identify training needs within the organization in collaboration with department heads. Organize and coordinate training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and competencies. Maintain records of training programs and employee development progress. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of payroll, including the preparation and processing of timesheets, attendance, and overtime records. Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, Assist with audits and HR reporting as needed. Employee Engagement & Retention: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
