Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female Candidates Only) Location: Type: Full-Time (H-161, Sector 63 Rd, H Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301) Experience: 0.6 – 4 years Industry: Sales / Business Development / B2B Services About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation , cold calling , email outreach , and converting potential clients into active users of our services. Experience with platforms like Justdial, Instamart, IndiaMART , or other local listing platforms is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads using platforms like Justdial, Instamart, IndiaMART, and others. Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and WhatsApp outreach to prospects. Identify potential business opportunities and set up meetings with decision-makers. Maintain a daily/weekly log of outreach activity and lead status. Convert inbound inquiries and cold leads into confirmed clients. Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches and service presentations. Follow up regularly with potential clients to ensure closure of deals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services as promised. Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Gather feedback from customers and share insights for service improvement. Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior patterns. Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, conversions, and pipeline health.
