Act as the face of SecureNet within the store and actively promote our products to walk-in customers. Educate customers on product features, pricing, and value propositions of SecureNet’s CCTV and smart security range. Demonstrate products when needed and explain their applications in real-life scenarios. Drive product visibility and awareness through planogram maintenance and promotional displays. Build strong relationships with store staff to ensure brand preference and recommendation. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report performance. Collect customer feedback and assist in resolving queries to improve service delivery.

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers and partners to introduce and promote our brand. Draft and send personalised and campaign-based emails to contacts. Create and dispatch EDMs (Electronic Direct Mailers) to curated contact lists. Maintained and updated detailed data sheets on leads, call outcomes, and email performance. Collect feedback, queries, and interests from potential clients and report findings to the marketing team. Coordinate with the design team (if needed) to develop visually appealing and on-brand EDMs. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and improve outreach strategies.
