Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Accessibility Tester with a strong passion for digital inclusion to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in conducting comprehensive accessibility tests on websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. You will work closely with our clients, who include some of India’s top brands, to ensure their digital products meet the highest accessibility standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed accessibility testing for websites, mobile apps, and digital products using both automated and manual testing techniques. Evaluate digital content against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards. Identify and document accessibility issues, providing clear and actionable feedback to development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure accessibility is integrated into the development process. Stay updated with the latest accessibility standards, tools, and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of SaralX’s accessibility testing processes. Qualifications: IAAP/DHS certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards and accessibility best practices. Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS is required. Experience with accessibility testing tools such as Axe, CCA, and screen reader. Familiarity with assistive technologies, including screen readers, magnifiers, and speech recognition software. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex accessibility issues to non-technical stakeholders.
