Job Description

Key responsibilites fo Sanskrit Hindi Teacher: Teaching & Classroom Management Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Hindi and Sanskrit as per the prescribed curriculum. Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to develop language skills – reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments aligned with learning objectives. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages learning and curiosity. Student Development Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback. Identify learning needs and provide additional support or enrichment activities accordingly. Encourage students to participate in language-based extracurricular activities like debates, poetry recitations, and drama. Curriculum & Academic Coordination Collaborate with other language and subject teachers to ensure interdisciplinary learning. Participate in curriculum planning, internal audits, and syllabus reviews. Contribute to the preparation of academic documents like question papers, worksheets, and report cards. Parental Engagement & Communication Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs or as required to discuss student performance and development. Maintain accurate student records and documentation. School Responsibilities Take part in school events, celebrations, assemblies, and cultural programs. Uphold the school's ethos, discipline, and policies. Attend faculty meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
