With a strong presence in multiple markets, we are looking to expand our reach and strengthen our sales team. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesman to join our team in kadapa . The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell MIJO Foods products. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly. Coordinate with the supply and logistics team for timely product delivery. Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotional schemes. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in the FMCG/Food industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of the local market in Anantapur and surrounding areas. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
