Responsibilities Build and manage automated campaigns using Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio Use Data Cloud for segmentation and personalization Activate campaigns through Agentforce and integrate with CRM workflows Track and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and execution Ensure data privacy compliance across campaigns Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Working knowledge of Data Cloud and Agentforce Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and journey building Show more Show less
