Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location Hyderabad, Telangana, India Experience Level 5-7 years of Total Experience in CRM solutions with 3+ years in Salesforce. Key Responsibilities As a Salesforce Developer, you will: Custom Solution Development: Develop and configure customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Salesforce Development: Apply hands-on expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows, Lightning (Aura/Web Components), SOQL, and SOSL for robust development. Platform Understanding: Leverage a good understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and constraints across various Salesforce clouds. Debugging & Troubleshooting: Utilize Developer Console, Eclipse Force.com IDE/Maven IDE, and SFDC platform logs for effective debugging and troubleshooting. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and diverse teams of developers, QAs, and BAs, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Agile Leadership: Work within and lead Agile teams, ensuring efficient project delivery. Cloud Focus: Gain experience working on at least one of the major Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or an Industry Cloud. Mandatory Skills & Experience Technical Proficiency: Salesforce Experience: 5-7 years of Total Experience in CRM solutions , with 3+ years specifically in Salesforce . Salesforce Development: Hands-on experience and expertise in: Apex Triggers LWC (Lightning Web Components) Flows Lightning (Aura/Web Components) SOQL, SOSL Developer Console, Eclipse Force.com IDE/Maven IDE Reading SFDC platform logs Salesforce Architecture: Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and constraints present in Salesforce clouds. Custom Application Development: Ability to develop and configure custom applications on the Salesforce platform. Cloud Experience: Experience on any one of the clouds: Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Industry Cloud . Certifications: Minimum 3 certifications in Salesforce such as Admin, Platform Developer I or JavaScript Developer I, App Builder (excluding Associate Certifications). Experience & Qualifications: Experience of working and leading Agile teams. Essential Professional Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and diverse teams of developers, QAs, and BAs.
