Your application will be marked as “Applied” once you complete this form: https://www.notion.so/Join-Clientell-AI-20f9141b35f08080a8afc2a129b94e0a?source=copy_link We’re seeking a Salesforce Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join Clientell AI’s rapidly growing team, building and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions that power our AI-driven automation platform.Role Overview Clientell AI’s Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce applications and integrations that enable RevOps and SalesOps teams to automate workflows, generate reports, and clean CRM data through natural-language prompts. This role partners closely with product, AI engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow. Implement and troubleshoot integrations with external systems and APIs, including Slack and other communication tools. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Create and update technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, design specifications, user guides, and release notes. Collaborate with product managers, AI specialists, and RevOps stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices around code quality, security, and performance. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and ecosystem trends to recommend enhancements to Clientell AI’s platform. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience working at a Salesforce consulting firm and managing client engagements. 3–4 years of professional experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Lightning and Apex. Proficient in Salesforce administration concepts, data modeling, security controls, and sharing rules. Hands-on experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, objects, relationships, and declarative automation tools. Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with AI or automation tools that integrate with Salesforce. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, CSS, and modern front-end development practices. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant. Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
