Diva Clinic is actively looking for 2 full-time high energy, dedicates individual for our Sales representative(No Field Work )position located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This role is a patient facing role and serves as the voice and face of the practice. You’ll be a Professional Sales Representative for hair restoration surgery and other products offered by the clinic (don’t worry, we’ll teach you all about hair restoration and other products, and it’s not complicated). If you are the type of person who likes being hands on, this is a sweet gig. Qualifications/Requirements:1. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of success2. Prior experience in a skin and hair clinic or in the health sector as a sales representative, counselor, or clinic manager preferred but not required3. Highly articulate, English speaking, well-poised, polished, and congenial4. Demonstrate computer (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc), CRM, and communication mastery5. Understand and respond to the needs of the clientSelf-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets6. Ability to effectively build rapport and trust with prospective clients7. Phone, text, email and personally communicate well with prospective clients8. Have a positive outlook and a passion for what we do!Job Responsibilities:1. A complete hair treatment and surgery counselor who can provide consultations to clients for their hair related problems either in person or through phone2. Handle new leads, call them and follow up with them and convert them for clinic procedures3. Able to counsel well and suggest appropriate treatment packages to the clients, with an intention of converting them into business4. Maintain leads records through google excel sheets or CRM software5. Provide daily report and updates on leads generated, called, and followed up for conversion6.
