Job Description: Job Title: Sales/ Purchase /Procurement/Offer/Proposal/Service Specialist for Total Water Treatment, Movement Management, and Water Treatment Solutions (RO Plant, STP, WTP, ETP, Chemicals, Membranes,Pumps, Pipes, Softener Systems) Location: Hyderabad (Mallapur), Vizag, Guntur, Pandigi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2 to 8 years Qualification: BTech (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical) BSc, MSc (Chemistry) AutoCAD knowledge is a must Job Overview: We are seeking motivated and experienced candidates to join our team as Sales & Purchase Procurement Specialists for Total Water Treatment and Movement Management solutions. This role involves handling a diverse portfolio of products and services, including RO Plants, STPs (Sewage Treatment Plants), WTPs (Water Treatment Plants), ETPs (Effluent Treatment Plants), chemicals, pumps, pipes, and softener systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing purchase procurement, preparing offers, and overseeing the logistics and movement of materials, ensuring efficient implementation of Total Water Treatment solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Identify and generate new sales opportunities in Total Water Treatment solutions, including RO Plants, STP, WTP, ETP, chemicals, pumps, pipes, and softener systems. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering comprehensive water treatment and movement management solutions. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of Total Water Treatment systems to potential clients. Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring customer needs are met effectively. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and pricing based on customer requirements. Purchase & Procurement Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end procurement of materials and equipment for Total Water Treatment solutions, including RO Plants, STP, WTP, ETP, chemicals, pumps, pipes, and softener systems. Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain procurement contracts. Ensure the timely availability of materials required for project execution and coordinate logistics for efficient movement of goods. Monitor and manage inventory to avoid project delays and ensure smooth operations. Offer Preparation: Develop technical and commercial offers for customers based on detailed analysis of their Total Water Treatment needs. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure competitive pricing and accurate technical specifications. Provide detailed breakdowns of costs, materials, and lead time for all offers. Service Technician : - Installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all equipment within the RO system, ensuring consistent production of high-quality purified water by performing regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and addressing any malfunctions that arise, while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Technical Expertise & Documentation: Utilize AutoCAD for design and layout, ensuring all customer requirements are accurately incorporated. Maintain detailed records of all sales, procurement, and movement-related documents for easy access and tracking. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the proper execution of Total Water Treatment projects from procurement to delivery. Total Water Treatment & Movement Management: Design and implement Total Water Treatment solutions, ensuring efficient treatment, recycling, and sustainable management of water resources. Oversee the logistics and movement of materials (pumps, pipes, chemicals, etc.) from suppliers to project sites, ensuring timely delivery and installation. Plan and manage the transportation and distribution of materials for smooth execution of water treatment projects. Ensure that Total Water Treatment systems are installed, tested, and operated efficiently, meeting all performance and regulatory standards. Skills & Qualifications: Required Qualifications: BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or BSc/MSc in Chemistry. Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical design and layout. Experience: Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in sales, purchase procurement, or offer preparation within the water treatment industry, with a focus on Total Water Treatment solutions and Movement Management . Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of the technical specifications of water treatment systems, including RO Plants, STP, WTP, ETP, chemicals, pumps, pipes, and softeners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems. Personal Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently. Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving ability. Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience in designing and drafting using AutoCAD. Knowledge of suppliers, vendors, and contractors in the water treatment and movement management industry. Work Environment: The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful execution of water treatment projects.
