Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell healthcare products/services to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. Organize product presentations, workshops, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns. Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
