Department: Sales & Marketing Salary: 24k to 28k CTC/Month. Industry: Automotive / Auto Components / OEMs / Aftermarket Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Regional Sales Head Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Marketing Coordinator / Inside Sales Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry . The ideal candidate will support the sales and marketing teams by generating leads, coordinating marketing activities, handling customer queries, and driving inside sales efforts. This role is ideal for candidates with an MBA and a passion for the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads through digital platforms, cold calling, industry directories, and trade shows. Engage with prospective customers (dealers, OEMs, B2B clients, or retail customers) to understand their requirements. Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups and closures. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns specific to automotive products/services (e.g., vehicle parts, accessories, services). Support in organizing promotional events, product launches, and dealer meet-ups. Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) with sales activity and customer details. Prepare sales proposals, product datasheets, and quotations for prospects. Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning. Handle customer queries, process sales orders, and ensure proper communication with internal departments (logistics, finance, service). Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of automotive products, components, or aftermarket services. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in working with B2B or dealer networks in the automotive sector. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset. Education & Experience: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Automotive Management. 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or marketing within the automotive industry (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, dealers, or aftermarket companies).
