Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ● Drive sales and marketing activities for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). ● Identify and develop new business opportunities through consultants, architects, and clients in the PEB sector. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, and decision-makers. ● Handle pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with clients. ● Follow up with clients and the project execution team to ensure timely delivery and completion of projects. ● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strategize sales efforts. ● Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Requirements: ● 0-2 years of experience in PEB sales (preferred). ● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ● Ability to handle end-to-end sales, from lead generation to deal closure. ● Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. ● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
