Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team remotely in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions. Experience in the cybersecurity products sector is a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the cybersecurity domain. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the cybersecurity market. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the cybersecurity sector. Collaboration: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to develop comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required. Added Advantage: Candidates with prior experience in selling cybersecurity products or solutions will be given preference.
