Job Description

Responsibilities: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Demonstrate strong work ethic and effective time management. Maintain store etiquette, cleanliness, and punctuality. Develop and organize promotional materials and in-store displays. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and store guidelines. Keep accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions. Work proactively toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Key Tasks: Engage and invite customers to the store. Demonstrate and showcase products effectively, supporting customers in selecting the right fragrance. Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy. Complete daily sales reporting (DSR) and store closing procedures. Validate and accurately receive new stock. Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints. Sales experience required +2/ Graduate Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Bonus pay Commission pay Performance bonus Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required) Experience: Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred) Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
