As we grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Sales and Marketing team to help expand our reach and strengthen our brand presence. Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports fashion and capable of creating and seizing opportunities in a competitive marketplace. Key Responsibilities:Sales:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in schools, colleges, sports clubs, and corporate sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer requirements and offer tailored jersey/apparel solutions. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Marketing:Develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content in line with the brand identity. Collaborate with designers and production teams to develop promotional material. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences. Organize and attend promotional events, exhibitions, and brand activations. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing preferred (experience in apparel or sportswear is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
