Telemarketing Agent Job Description: We are seeking experienced telemarketing agents to join our team for a US account. As a telemarketing agent, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers in the US to promote and sell the company's products, services, and offers. This position involves cold calling campaigns and requires proficiency in English communication. You will be working during the night/US shift and will be expected to meet KPIs and targets. An autodialer will be provided for your use. Job Requirements: - Excellent English communication skills. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound US telesales or telemarketing campaigns. - Willingness to work night or overnight shifts. - Comfortable using an autodialer. - Ability to achieve daily and monthly targets. - Immediate availability to start work.
