1. Develop and enforce health and safety policies as per legal and company standards. 2. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits in the manufacturing facility. 3. Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions. 4. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and suggest preventive measures. 5. Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees. 6. Maintain records of safety audits, incidents, and training sessions. 7. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by employees. 8. Coordinate emergency response and fire safety drills. 9. Liaise with external agencies for inspections, audits, and safety-related matters. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Certification in industrial safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, Diploma in Safety Management) is preferred. 2+ years of experience in safety management in a manufacturing setup. Strong knowledge of safety laws, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication and training skills. Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety solutions.
