Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to be the face of Tambora to new and potential clients. This role involves generating leads, converting inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the creative team to deliver memorable events. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms, field visits, networking, and referrals Convert leads from social media, WhatsApp, and other channels into confirmed bookings Pitch Tambora’s services professionally and convincingly to potential clients Schedule and attend client meetings, venue visits, and walkthroughs Coordinate with the design, decor, and operations team for client proposals Achieve set targets and regularly report progress to management Represent Tambora at expos, pop-ups, and promotional events when required Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive in reaching goals Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Fluent in English and Tamil (written and spoken) Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or client servicing Working knowledge of social media marketing and WhatsApp Business Visual presentation or proposal-making skills Perks: Performance-based incentives Exposure to premium weddings and events A dynamic and collaborative work culture Growth opportunities in the events industry
