As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing new business relationships, and maintaining existing customer partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Develop and execute sales strategies*: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts to drive sales growth. 2. *Build and maintain customer relationships*: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve any issues promptly. 3. *Conduct market research and analysis*: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. 4. *Meet and exceed sales targets*: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 5. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams*: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. 6. *Provide sales reports and insights*: Regularly provide sales reports, market insights, and customer feedback to inform business decisions. *Requirements:* 1. *1+ years of sales experience*: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry. 2. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. 3. *Results-driven and motivated*: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. *Market knowledge and insights*: Strong understanding of the beverage industry, market trends, and customer needs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
