As we expand our store presence, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to enhance our brand’s visibility through excellent customer service, effective sales strategies, and inventory management. Shift & Work Schedule: Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Work Days: 6 days a week Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the desired products. Achieve individual and store sales targets by effectively promoting products and providing personalized recommendations. Build strong customer relationships to enhance the overall shopping experience and encourage repeat business. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with restocking, and ensure effective product placement to optimize sales. Track stock movement, manage inventory, and take necessary actions for clearance of aged stock. Maintain accurate records of inventory, ensuring smooth operations and stock availability. Store Presentation & Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing at all times. Maintain cleanliness, arrange merchandise attractively, and ensure displays are fresh and inviting. Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide insights and suggestions to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement. Marketing & Promotion: Leverage WhatsApp marketing and other direct marketing channels to attract and retain customers. Implement targeted marketing strategies to drive sales and increase footfall. Technology Proficiency: Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems effectively for billing and inventory management. Demonstrate familiarity with software tools for inventory tracking and data management. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a fashion retail environment. Knowledge: Understanding of merchandising techniques, inventory management, and sales strategies. Skills: Excellent communication, customer service skills, problem-solving, and data analysis. Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tracking software. Attitude: Passion for fashion, a customer-centric approach, and a proactive sales mindset. Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple tasks.
