🔷 Job Title: Sales Executive – Jewellery Showroom 🏢 Company: Anushree Jewellers LLP 📍 Location: Gurgaon 🕒 Experience Required: 1–4 years in retail jewellery sales or luxury retail Job Description: Anushree Jewellers LLP is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to deliver a high-end customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom Understand customer preferences and showcase appropriate jewellery pieces Explain product details including metal, weight, pricing, and purity Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance Maintain stock display and ensure products are well-presented Handle billing, order entry, and coordinate with the backend team Build strong relationships with existing clients and follow up with leads Ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized showroom environment Required Skills: Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric approach with strong convincing ability Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, etc.) Smart personality with confidence and product knowledge Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline 1–4 years of experience in jewellery or high-value retail sales Hindi and basic English communication skills required 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 📅 Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Weekday Off) 🕐 Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM 💰 Salary: Based on experience + Incentives 🕐 Joining: Immediate preferred
