Key Responsibilities: Greeting and Seating: Welcoming guests, ensuring they are comfortably seated, and presenting them with menus. Order Taking: Accurately recording food and beverage orders, paying attention to special requests and dietary needs. Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering orders promptly and accurately to the table, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. Checking on Guests: Monitoring guest satisfaction, refilling drinks, and addressing any concerns or complaints. Payment Processing: Presenting checks, accepting payments, and ensuring accurate accounting of tips. Table Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, setting and resetting tables, and assisting with cleaning duties. Communication: Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and customers, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and resolving any issues. Adhering to Standards: Adhering to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
