Job Description

Role Responsibilities Conduct thorough market research and data analysis to support company objectives. Collect and evaluate data from primary and secondary sources. Develop and manage research projects, ensuring timelines and budget compliance. Provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs. Assist in the formulation of research methodologies and strategies. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape. Present research outcomes to stakeholders clearly and concisely. Support the analysis of data sets using statistical software. Identify opportunities for process improvements in research methodologies. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout research processes. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather qualitative data. Engage with external vendors and partners for specialized research activities. Maintain a comprehensive research database and archives. Contribute to brainstorming sessions to shape future research initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Proven experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of statistical tools and software. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in an understandable format. Familiarity with market research techniques and methodologies. Proactive, creative, and solution-focused mindset. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced setting.
