Job Description

Looking for a motivated Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to provide informed guidance on investment strategies. Identify cross-selling opportunities across various banking products to increase revenue growth. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently. Job Requirements Strong understanding of Mutual Funds and their applications in different investment portfolios. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and provide informed advice. Proficiency in using technology-based tools and platforms to manage client relationships effectively. A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field is required, along with relevant certifications or training programs as necessary.
