Job Description

Looking to onboard a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager - MF to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Conduct thorough needs analysis to provide expert advice on mutual fund investments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds, investments, and financial planning principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Proficiency in using technology-based tools for client engagement and relationship management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
