Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay updated on competitor activity and industry developments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using technology and software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
