Job Title: Regional Logistic Quality Assurance (LQA) Officer Location: Chennai Department: Logistics – Corporate Reports To: Logistic QA Head Role Purpose: Ensure quality in logistics operations including inbound/outbound handling, primary and secondary transportation. Drive SOP implementation, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and Kaizen. Key Responsibilities: Implement QA systems for logistics processes. Develop and enforce SOPs across warehousing and transportation. Conduct audits and drive corrective actions. Lead 5S/Kaizen initiatives at warehouses and channels. Train logistics and warehouse teams on quality standards. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical (preferred: Quality diploma added). 3–5 years of experience, with 2–3 years in logistics QA or operations.
