Job description Roles and Responsibilities: · To remind customers about the pending dues & convert into collection. · Coordination with Inter & Intra department for debt management support. · Regular follow ups & Team co-ordination, should be highly enthusiastic, diligent, and excellent to work for long tenure. · Coordination with Branch Team for collection conversion. · Preparation of Auction Letter. · Should be able to do productive telephonic calls per day. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate with proficiency in regional language with 1 to 5 years experience preferred. · Confident, self-motivated and team player. · Good interpersonal skills.
