We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk efficiently and deliver excellent customer service to guests and employees. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Manage appointments, bookings, and meeting room schedules Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Keep records of office expenses and costs when required.
