Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be the first point of contact for candidates and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and conversion skills, be able to handle both telephonic and in-person enquiries, and guide students and their guardians regarding our IT training courses. Key Responsibilities: ● Greet visitors professionally and create a welcoming environment. ● Interact with candidates both telephonically and in person to explain IT training courses. ● Politely handle enquiries from students and their guardians, providing them with detailed information about courses. ● Answer calls, schedule demos, and provide relevant information to prospective students. ● Guide students if they are confused in choosing the right course based on their profile, interests, and career goals, helping them make an informed decision. ● Follow up with students for course enrollments, addressing their diverse questions and ensuring enrollment targets are achieved. ● Ensure effective communication via calls and offline discussions to drive student enrollment. ● Maintain Excel sheets for data entry and track inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments. ● Exhibit patience while addressing queries and concerns from students and parents.
