Job Title: Graphic Designer / Video Editor (Real Estate - Social Media Marketing) Location: Jaipur (Preferred) Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance (Mention your preference) Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply) Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer / Video Editor who can regularly create engaging content for our real estate brand. The ideal candidate should be able to edit high-quality real estate videos, design graphics for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, and Google ads, optimized for performance and branding. Key Responsibilities: Edit real estate videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.) Design high-converting graphics and banners for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Add transitions, subtitles, property details, logos, and call-to-action in video content. Work closely with marketing team to align visuals with ad goals. Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visuals. Deliver projects on a regular and timely basis. Requirements: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. Strong understanding of real estate or lifestyle video aesthetics. Knowledge of social media formats and ad sizes. Creativity, attention to detail, and a quick turnaround time. Ability to work independently and take feedback constructively. Portfolio or links to past work in video editing and graphic design is mandatory. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Experience with motion graphics or animation. Knowledge of performance marketing or ad creative best practices.
