Job Description

Lead and manage the software team to ensure smooth and timely execution of project deliverables. Administer user access and maintain software system controls. Coordinate and manage all aspects of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including bug tracking and feedback implementation. Collaborate with IT and development teams for system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting support. Maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation related to project progress and testing outcomes. Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to manage data and reporting tasks efficiently. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and team members to drive alignment and clarity. Perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
