Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Generation & Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company. Generate and close sales leads in government and private hospitals. Identify and acquire new clients including civil hospitals, medical colleges, ESI hospitals, CHCs/PHCs , and government medical procurement agencies . Follow up on existing inquiries and convert them into sales. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with purchase officers, doctors, hospital superintendents , and procurement departments. Conduct regular hospital visits to build rapport and update clients about new products. 3. Tender Management Understand government tender procedures (GeM, CPP Portal, local health department tenders). Prepare and submit bids in coordination with the documentation team. Follow up on tender results and contract execution. 4. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with purchase, dispatch, and accounts departments for order fulfillment. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to clients. Track deliveries and submit courier/delivery updates to customers. 5. Payment Follow-Up Follow up with clients for timely payment collection as per credit terms. Resolve discrepancies in received payments and coordinate with the accounts department. 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily visit reports, call logs, client communications, and expense statements. Update lead progress and order status in CRM or internal formats. Share market feedback, competitor activity, and pricing trends with seniors.
