The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance , preferably within the debt collection or financial services industry. Solid understanding of U.S. collections laws , including FDCPA , TCPA , and state-level regulations. Proven experience in compliance , process improvement , and quality monitoring systems . Strong leadership skills with experience in managing or mentoring QA or operations teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and vendor relations .
