Executive (ISO Standards: HSE, EMS, Sustainability) Experience: (Fresher/Experienced) Department : Compliance / Quality / EHS Role Summary : The Executive will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards related to Health & Safety (ISO 45001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), and Sustainability practices. The role focuses on strengthening the manufacturing units management systems through audits, documentation, continuous improvement, and training. Key Responsibilities : Implement and maintain ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and related sustainability management systems. Prepare, update, and maintain documentation, including manuals, procedures, SOPs, and audit reports. Conduct internal audits, gap assessments, and follow ups on corrective actions. Support external certification and surveillance audits. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to EHS and sustainability. Assist in hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRA), and emergency response planning. Collaborate with departments for training, compliance awareness, and incident reporting. Support initiatives for energy saving, waste reduction/control. Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or MBA related field. Certification or training in ISO 45001, ISO 14001; knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 50001 is a plus. 0-3 years experience in a QA, EHS, or compliance role within a manufacturing setup. Good knowledge of EHS legal requirements and industrial best practices. Ability to coordinate across departments and lead improvement initiatives. Join Our Team!
