Job Description

Description We are seeking a Quality Analyst II International with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through comprehensive testing and validation processes. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our international clients needs. Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements. Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Perform regression testing and ensure proper functionality of software after changes are made. Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback to improve clarity and testability. Generate and maintain testing documentation, including test reports and metrics. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus. Knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries for database testing. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
