Job Title: Telesales Team Leader Location: Pune - Viman Nagar Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales Job Type: Full-time Salary: 18000/- to 35000/- Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Team Leader to lead, support, and manage a team of tele sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tele sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving team performance to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of tele sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor team performance daily, weekly, and monthly through KPIs and sales metrics. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and development plans. Train new hires and provide ongoing product and sales training to the team. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Handle escalated calls or customer issues when necessary. Work closely with the sales manager to plan and forecast sales targets. Track and report on sales trends, team achievements, and potential issues. Foster a high-performance, positive, and collaborative team culture. Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection laws, and customer service standards. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience in tele sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. Desirable Skills: Experience in [insert industry – e.g., insurance, telecom, software, etc.]. Certification or training in sales, leadership, or customer service. Familiarity with performance management tools or call center software. Work Environment: Office-based Fast-paced, target-driven environment.
